RETURNS

Our policy lasts 100 days. If more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 100 days after delivery


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company β€” it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing times may apply.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at medusa.official.team@gmail.com and return your item following our instructions.


GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.


SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact us first at medusa.official.team@gmail.com. You will then receive the return address.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
