Do you have a refund policy?
Yes, absolutely. You have 100 days from the receipt of your order to return your item. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to: medusa.official.team@gmail.com and we will send you a replacement item or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
